Privacy Policy

Applies to all QuantScorePro workspaces, operated by community society. Last updated 28 August 2026.

0. Who we are

QuantScorePro is operated by community society (trading as QuantScorePro). community society is the data controller for account and platform usage data, and the processor for participant data you upload. Contact: privacy@quantscorepro.com.

1. Data we process

We process account data (name, username, email, organisation, role), assessment content you create, participant records you upload, item-level responses, computed scores, and platform usage logs such as API calls and audit events.

2. Roles of the parties

Your organisation is the data controller for participant data. QuantScorePro acts as processor and only handles that data to deliver the assessment, scoring, analysis and reporting services you request.

3. Legal basis and purpose

Data is processed to operate your workspace: administering assessments, computing psychometric statistics, generating reports, enforcing subscription limits, billing, and securing the platform against abuse.

4. Storage and isolation

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database. Every organisation-scoped table is protected by row level security so records are only readable by members of the owning organisation, and by roles that hold the relevant capability.

5. Security measures

Authentication uses hashed credentials and signed sessions. Access is governed by role-based access control (Super Admin, Organization Admin, Researcher, Assessor, Viewer, Participant). Administrative and data-changing actions are written to an audit log.

6. Participants

Participants can view assessments assigned to them and their own results. Anonymous delivery links carry a single-use token bound to one assignment and do not expose other participants' data.

7. Retention and deletion

Records are retained while your subscription is active. You can export or delete projects, assessments, participants and responses at any time from the Data module. Deletion cascades to related responses, scores and reports.

8. Data sharing and sub-processors

We share data with: service providers and sub-processors for database hosting, transactional email and analytics; professional advisers (legal, accounting); and authorities where required by law. They process data only on documented instructions and under confidentiality obligations.

8a. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles checkout, subscription management, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, refunds and related customer service. Paddle collects and processes billing data (name, billing address, contact email, payment method details and tax identifiers) as an independent controller under its own privacy policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy. We receive only order, subscription and invoice metadata from Paddle — never full payment card details.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, restriction or erasure of personal data. Organisation Admins can act on these requests directly in the workspace, or contact privacy@quantscorepro.com.

10. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced in-product before they take effect.
