1. Who we are
QuantScorePro is operated by community society ("community society", "we", "us"), trading as QuantScorePro. When you use the service or purchase a subscription, you are contracting with community society.
2. Agreement
By creating a workspace and continuing to use the service you agree to these terms on behalf of your organisation. If you do not have authority to bind your organisation, do not use the service.
3. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Subscriptions and plans
Plans are billed in USD, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Research Starter, Professional Analytics and Enterprise Psychometrics differ in quotas for projects, assessments, participants, analysis modules and API throughput. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
5. Quotas and fair use
Quota limits are enforced when creating projects, assessments and participants. API keys are rate limited per plan. Sustained abuse of the analysis engine may be throttled to protect other tenants.
6. Invoices and refunds
Invoices are issued per billing period and downloadable as PDF from the Subscription module. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date via paddle.net or by contacting billing@quantscorepro.com. See our Refund Policy for details. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
8. Intellectual property
community society retains all ownership of the platform, its software, documentation, statistical engine and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
9. Your content
You retain all rights to instruments, items, participant records and results you upload. We use them only to operate the service for you. You are responsible for holding the necessary rights and consents for any instrument you administer.
10. Professional responsibility
QuantScorePro computes statistics; it does not interpret them for you. Reliability, validity, factor, IRT, DIF and norm outputs must be reviewed by a qualified professional and reported alongside validation evidence and sample characteristics.
11. No diagnostic use
Outputs are measurement results, not clinical, medical, psychiatric or employment decisions. High-stakes decisions must combine multiple sources of evidence and follow applicable testing standards.
12. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or send spam, infringe intellectual property, interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping), reverse engineer the platform, attempt to access other organisations' data, resell API access without authorisation, or upload data you are not permitted to process.
13. Availability and warranties
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Planned maintenance is announced in-product where practical.
14. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we exclude indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
15. Ending the agreement
Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. You may export all data before termination; after deletion, data cannot be recovered.
